How to overcome the small things that mess up the big things.

They messed up your nails after you spent hours there. And now you have to go back and have them fix it. The technician who did it was in a rush, so she did a poor job!

Life happens, and you choose how to respond.

So I did what I often do and CHOSE to use this experience to feel GOOD!

I reminded myself that the salon was super busy, and the technician just tried to do her best under the circumstances and that if the paint on my nail is my issue, then I am super lucky! I walked in with a big smile and a 0 attitude. They were amazing in the way they treated me, and the person who did my nails gave me royalty treatment.

Yes, it cost me two trips and an extra tip (which I really enjoyed giving), but I got to experience love, great customer service, and another reason to feel gratitude!
