CLASS DESCRIPTION:

All classes are 60 minutes long unless otherwise stated. You are welcome to come late or leave early if you wish! Bring your own mat or use our mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters.

MY Wake-Up Flow

A 60-minute Vinyasa flow designed to get your heart rate up and blood flowing!
 
Expect a full-body warm-up with breath-paced sequences followed by core-strengthening poses, a standing series, floor work, and stretches.

With ever-varying asanas, creative transitions, and modifications offered by your skilled instructor, this class will challenge and inspire you! All levels welcome. You’ve got this!

My Slow Riser

For the yogi looking for a slower pace but still looking to build some heat!

Expect a Vinyasa-style flow, followed by a Yin-influenced sequence of floor-based poses held for several rounds of breath.

With an emphasis on alignment, technique, and control, you will grow your practice in a truly inviting and supportive environment.
This class is suitable for students of all levels of experience.

My Evening Flow

Power Yoga

A vibrant and dynamic class emphasizing the synergy between breath and movement.

Utilizing the breath to enhance depth and establish robust alignment in each pose, you will be guided through a seamless flow. 
Embracing variations to modify, intensify, or challenge each pose. 

Get ready to cultivate strength, flexibility, and a heightened sense of well-being in this invigorating Power Yoga session.

Meditation

Experience fundamental techniques to quiet the mind, ease into stillness, and discover a sense of inner peace. This class provides a gentle introduction to meditation, making it accessible and enjoyable for newcomers.
