A special gift from a begger

A short story about what you receive when you give.

She stood there FOR me!

She was a reminder of how much I already have.

My $10 made her cry (some days, I forget, and I take it for granted that I can walk into a store, buy anything on my long list, and add anything else that grabs my attention).

She stood there FOR me because my heart expanded every time I watched a person acknowledging her and giving her money.

I know some people lie; some are being lazy. But it’s none of my business.

Being a judge is a hard job!

If I don’t get paid for it, then I will not judge, not for free!!!

She gave me a beautiful gift today, and for that, I am grateful.

Be self-centered! Your world revolves around YOU. Take any opportunity to feel amazing, and don’t judge unless you are getting paid for it!
