Class Description:

All classes are 60 minutes long. You are welcome to come late or leave early if you wish!

Vinyasa Flow Holistic class designed to awaken both the body and mind. It incorporates grounding poses, seamlessly transitions into a flowing Vinyasa sequence, introduces balancing postures, and concludes with rejuvenating deep stretches.

My Rise and Revive Starts your week with a meditative class at a slower pace, emphasizing peace and calm. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose. You’ll start with a gentle 10-15 minute Vinyasa flow to warm up the body, followed by a gentle practice combining deep breathing, stretching and relaxed postures to bring serenity and restorative energy to your body and mind. This deep-stretch, restorative class is appropriate for all levels.

Power Yoga A vibrant and dynemic class emphasizing the synergy between breath and movement. Utilizing the breath to enhance depth and establish robust alignment in each pose, you will be guided throught a seamless flow. Embracing variations to modify, intensify, or challenge each pose. Get ready to cultivate strength, flexibility, and a heightened sense of well-being in this invigorating Power Yoga session.

MY Warrior Wake-Up It is designed to get your blood flowing with a healthy, warm Vinyasa flow, where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. There is no standard sequence, so the style, pace, and intensity will all vary. Common poses you will encounter include downward-facing dog, upward-facing dog, plank, chaturanga, and other lunge variations.

Meditation Experience fundamental techniques to quiet the mind, ease into stillness, and discover a sense of inner peace. This class provides a gentle introduction to meditation, making it accessible and enjoyable for newcomers. Join us for a tranquil experience and start your meditation practice with calmness and clarity.
